About Rachael and how she works

Living Through Inspiration…

Rachael is a deeply instinctive and intuitive being. Motivated internally by a deep desire to move, share and express what is inside of her and see the ripples it creates in the world

Rachael realises that we all have a different view…. and that it is by sharing and hearing these views that we become aware of the whole

Rachael enjoys non verbal energy based relating, sensing, communicating and inter-relating and senses the ebb and flow and interconnectedness of all things.

Her style of teaching and educating and sharing is based on what is shown to her and what she perceives

It’s natural for her to see and feel what is flowing and what will flow and what feels stuck and she has a way to see which pieces to move to allow things to flow with ease… in homes, businesses, land, bodies, processes and in lives

Rachael enjoys patterns and trends and exploration, experimentation, connection and play….

Her initial interest was in the area of analysis and data and strategy where she worked in large businesses improving processes, customer experience, money flow and the whole cohesive operation

Then for many years Rachael grew and nurtured a yoga and wellbeing business and its many students and followers…. specialising in body and energy based practices of Dru Yoga, somatics, Reiki, Access Consciousness, EFT and other intuitive energy based work.

She then chose to live a more deliberate, peaceful, introspective life in and with nature, communicating with the land, trees and animals, following the flow of the season, offering a welcoming space for people to come and be

Rachael now brings these pieces… and more… together … along with what is conveyed to her in energy and in desire.. for a fairer more equitable efforless and pleasing and pleasurable way to live
